Who hosts WHI Online Store?

World Hope International’s online store is hosted Printful and it integrates with WooCommerce. This provides WHI with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and fulfill orders to you.

How does Printful work?

Prinful is an online store that allows World Hope International to create and sell products and fulfill orders.

Printful works with print-on-demand drop shippers. They have fulfillment locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

What is your privacy policy?

What is your shipping policy?

Can I receive a refund an item/order?

World Hope International doesn’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Currently, we only offer refunds for misprinted/damaged/defective items.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Currently, World Hope International Store only offers returns or exchanges for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy or the Refund & Return for additional details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Printful usually takes 3–7 days* to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

* COVID-19: Printful’s fulfillment times for all products (e.g. t-shirts/phone cases/etc.) may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. There have been delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Are there any countries you don't ship to?

In general, Printful doesn’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Due to COVID-19*: Printful cannot currently ship to the following countries and territories: Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
